What happens if I want to prepare these coffees in an espresso machine?

You can prepare these coffees in an espresso machine but it is important that you make some adjustments in the temperature and in the extraction time because these coffees have a light roast to highlight their complexity and this complexity can unbalance your drink due to the concentration of the espresso. By increasing the temperature we increase the caramelization of the coffee in the extraction and by prolonging the extraction we modulate the body of the coffee and improve the balance and uniformity in the flavor of the coffee.
